This Privacy Policy applies to the Wren mobile application ("Wren," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), distributed on Google Play. It explains what data the app handles, how it handles that data, and your rights.

Wren does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers we control or on any third-party service. There is no user account, no signup process, and no cloud sync operated by Wren.
We do not use any analytics tools, crash reporting services, advertising networks, or marketing platforms. No third-party SDK inside Wren transmits your data anywhere.

This data is stored in an on-device database. It is not transmitted to Wren, to any server we operate, or to any third party. If you uninstall the app or use "Delete all my data" inside Wren, this information is permanently removed.
Wren Pro includes an optional Encrypted Backup feature. When you use it:
Once the file leaves the app via the share sheet, its handling is governed by whichever service you choose to save it to. Please refer to that service's privacy policy for details.
Wren Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play. When you buy Pro:
If you enable period reminders, Wren schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on your phone by the Android system — no server sends them. You may revoke notification permission at any time from your phone's settings.
Wren only requests the permissions it actually needs:
Wren does not request internet, location, camera, contacts, microphone, calendar, or SMS permissions. These are neither needed nor used.
Wren does not integrate any analytics, advertising, tracking, crash reporting, or marketing services. There are no third-party SDKs that collect data from users.
The only external service involved is Google Play, and only for the optional purchase of Wren Pro. See Section 5.
Wren is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age, because we do not collect data at all (see Section 2).
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided data to Wren, please note that any such data resides only on their device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or using "Delete all my data" inside it.
Because your data resides entirely on your device, you have complete control over it:
Under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you have rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data. Because Wren does not hold your data on any server, these rights are exercised directly through the app itself.
Because Wren does not operate any servers holding user data, a "data breach" of our systems is not a scenario that applies to us. If you lose your device or its encrypted backup file, the security of your data is governed by your device's own protections and the backup passphrase you chose.
Wren is available worldwide. Because we do not collect or transfer data across borders, international data transfer regulations do not apply to Wren's operation. Your data stays on the device you install Wren on.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, display a notice within the app when you next open it. Continued use of Wren after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Wren is not a medical device. Predictions, phase estimates, and insights provided by the app are informational only and are not medical advice. Wren is not a method of contraception and should not be used as one. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
