This Privacy Policy explains how BSM ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Promptora AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Promptora AI is a free gallery of AI-photo prompts (text you copy and use in other AI tools). We built it to collect as little data as possible:
None is required. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (e.g. your email address and message).
Your favourites and app preferences are saved locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App removes them.
The App downloads its prompt library from our servers. These requests include standard technical data (such as your IP address and device type) that any internet request involves; we use it only to deliver content and keep the service secure.
We use Google AdMob to display ads. To serve, personalise, cap, and measure ads and to detect fraud, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location (e.g. country), device information, and ad-interaction data. This processing is carried out by Google as described in Google's policies:
You can limit ad personalisation and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
We use the limited information above only to: operate and deliver the App and its prompt library; display and measure ads; maintain security and prevent abuse; and respond to you if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we and Google rely on your consent for personalised advertising (collected via an in-app consent request where required) and on legitimate interests for delivering content, security, and non-personalised advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time via the App's ad settings or your device settings.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the App — currently Google AdMob (advertising) and our content-hosting/CDN provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not maintain user accounts. On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Advertising data is retained by Google per Google's policies.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it. Ads are configured to comply with Google Play's Families policies where applicable.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold accounts, most such requests relate to advertising data controlled by Google; use your device's ad controls, or contact us and we will help where we can. To stop all our data processing, you can uninstall the App.
Our providers (including Google) may process data in countries other than yours, subject to appropriate safeguards as described in their policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App or on our listing.
