These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Promptora AI mobile application (the "App") provided by BSM ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a library of text "prompts" for creating AI images. You browse prompts, copy them, and use them in third-party AI tools (such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, or Midjourney) to generate images yourself. The App does not, in this version, generate images for you.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Any image you create using a prompt is generated by a third-party service that you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their output, their availability, or any charges they impose. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
You agree not to use the App, or prompts obtained from it, to:

The App, its design, branding ("Promptora AI"), and the organisation and text of the prompt library are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Rights in images you generate with third-party tools are governed by those tools' terms; we make no ownership claim over your outputs.
The App is free and supported by ads (served via Google AdMob). By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be shown. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
We may add, change, or remove features (including the prompt library and any future paid features) at any time. Prompts are refreshed periodically and may change or be removed.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prompts will produce any particular result in any third-party tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or any third-party tool. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed USD 10 (or the amount you paid us for the App, if any).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on our store listing. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
